How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please review your order.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once you submit your order you cannot cancel it . Our production department will process your order immediately. Please review your order before continung to check out.
What is the shipping and handling process?
Symbolize It will ship your order as soon as it is completed. We will ship your order on a traceable carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. There may be additional shipping charges based on the packaging. The handling process will determine how we ship your order.
How do I use the coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, you may redeem it at shopping cart.
Enter your Coupon Code and click the APPLY COUPON button. The discount will be applied.
What is the exchange or return policy?
We guarantee our product completely and that your gift will be personalized as you order it. If your product contains defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it as new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange of the same item. If your product is a manufacturing defect we will replace your product free of charge. Preview your personalized product before you proceed to checkout. Personalized products may not be returned unless the product is defective or if Symbolize It made an error. You have 7 days of receiving your product to report a defect or an error on any personalized message.
